Chris Thornhill is the Founder and CEO of Hill Search International, a recruitment agency and talent acquisition consulting firm dedicated to delivering exceptional talent solutions. With a profound passion for talent acquisition, Chris has spent over a decade honing his expertise in strategically sourcing, acquiring, and retaining top-tier talent across various industries.
Prior to founding HSI, Chris garnered experience at Spencer Stuart, a premier global executive search firm. His expertise extends to Management Consulting, particularly in Human Capital Strategy and Technology, having worked for Deloitte Consulting and Ernst & Young, both renowned as top HR Consulting Firms worldwide. Chris's contributions to these organizations solidified his reputation as a trusted advisor in the field of HR consulting.

Bill Cleary brings a wealth of expertise and insight to the Hill Search International (HSI) team as an Advisory Board Member and Fractional Sales Leader. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at Clear Voyage Consulting (CvC) and Senior Faculty Member at the Josh Bersin Academy, Bill specializes in designing and implementing intricate global HR transformation solutions.
